Not able to set frequency and sound level in the hub for our doorbell

I am trying to set the sound level and frequency of my door bell in the hub settings using Tapo app. Eventhough I set the sound level to 2 and frequency to 10 sec, it's ringing at maximum volume and keep on ringing till 5mins. This is annoying. Tapo H200
