S200D and H100

I have 3 S200D and a H100. The hub cannot detect the S200D. All have the same servers US.

Since the products were sold from different countries, these two models are likely running on different SubGHz frequencies despite being labeled as the same region version. They can not be paired together.
Before a model is shipped and sold to different countries or regions, it will be customized to comply with the local laws and regulations. If a device version is not the common version sold in a country (e.g. EU vs US.) but is bought from an official channel, this device version will be modified to follow the local requirements before being sold in the market.

so if I buy the H100 in Amazon US then it should work right?
