P110 OFF state not working anymore

Hi,
My P110 can't be turn off anymore, manually or with the app. When I try it (with both methods), the led turn OFF with a click sound like the state is good but the power is ON...
I reinitialized P110 with holding ON/OFF button but same thing...

Unplug the smart plug to disconnect it from power for 20-30 minutes. Then plug it back and check whether the power switching returns to normal.
What device was connected to this Tapo P110 smart plug? Please verify whether it is a supported type by the smart plug, as the smart plug may get damaged if it is used to control an unsupported appliance for a long period.
If the above suggestion doesn't help and the smart plug is used with a supported appliance, for this issue, contact the retailer or local TP-Link support to proceed with the warranty.

I try it but same thing. All is clear to connect this P110 to my iPhone (I've got already many P110 at my home) but connected or not, when I whant turn off, I've got a click sound but nothing else.
