Hub Not recording doorbell

Ive bought a Doorbell (D235) and 2 camera lights (C720) I havent set up the lights yet but ice set up the doorbell. I then found out i could use a H200 Hub to do the recordings. I set it all up fine but when i checked later on in the evening i found it wasnt recording. everything is upto date firmware wise but for the life of me i cant understand why its not recording. app shows that the micro sd card is 'good' but shows no GB available. its connected both via wifi and ethernet and D235 is showing notifications of movement in the app. it shows its on loop recordings aswell. but some options just dont show and the app hangs and says 'not availiable now' or something like that. Ive tried resetting the hub but doesnt seem to work, it wont allow me to format the sd card. can anyone help?
