Having recently purchased the Tapo C200 camera I've tried to add a Micro SD Card.

The first I tried was an existing card from another camera. But the Tapo C200 came back stating the card could not be formatted. It states the card was Formatted FAT32.

I purchased a new card and pre formatted in my laptop using the default for that card ExFAT everything was OK put it in the camera and again it refused to utilise that card as well.

Am I missing something that is in the camera set up or is the camera faulty
