P304m uk smart plug unable to connect to wifi

Hi,
have other 3 other Kasa smart socket uk plug strip and they connected first time.
however New p304m uk smart plug strip can't connect to same WiFi.
have split channels with different ssid's, but this new plug socket is only showing the same name but I know they are split Channels there.
tried rebooting device no difference.
any other idea's ?

Select and connect to any WiFi. As the smart plug supports 2.4GHz only, if the first one fails, then you choose to connect the other one.

@Wayne-TP It's terrible. I currently owned a P110M and P304M which are both connected to my router.
Bought another unit of P304M and this new unit just simply refuse to connect. It kept saying "local only". Tried all the usual troubleshooting and still not working.

What router do you use? Can you send the Mac address of this P304M to me through PM?
