Steuerung der Fussbodenheizung
Hallo,
Vorab vielen Dank!

Sorry i may not fully understand your question by using the translation. Do you want to know what role automation status plays when it is used as an automation condition?
First, the IF condition is another element used to control whether this automation is allowed to run. It is an optional option. Simply speaking, the automation will only be executed when both the Trigger and If Condition are met.
Then, the Automation Status, as its name indicates, is the status of an automation, whether it is enabled or disabled.
Here is an example of a scenario where you need to add automation status as an IF condition in the automation rule: When front door sensor is opened, if Away Home automation is enabled (which means no one's at home), then ring the Tapo hub. When people get home and disable the Away home automation, the Tapo hub will not ring when the front door is opened.

As explained above, the 'IF' condition is optional in the automation, you don't need to add the IF condition if you don't need it. When a condition is added, the automation will only run when the 'when' is triggered AND the 'IF' condition is met.
