TD21 not ringing chime/sending notifications when pushed

Got the mother a TD21 and chime, got it connected, can see the camera feed in the app, but when we press the door bell, nothing happens.

Any advice?

Double-check the settings in the Doorbell and Notification section >> Tapo app > doorbell liveview page > Device Settings page.
