RV30 Max Plus loses orientation while mopping - again

Hello Support,
I thought the issue from the ticket
https://community.tp-link.com/en/smart-home/forum/topic/720836
had been resolved, as it did not occur in January or February.
However, it has recently reappeared. The symptoms are as follows:
When the mop is installed, the robot vacuum eventually loses its orientation.
This means it moves around aimlessly and sometimes collides with walls—often at high speed—even though they are properly mapped.
When checking the report, it appears as if the vacuum moves into areas it physically cannot reach, such as inside cabinets.
If the issue occurs, the robot also can no longer find the charging station.
If the mop is removed, everything works fine again.
I believe this issue was resolved by the end of 2024, but it has now returned.
Best regards from Bremen,
Nils Bödeker

Which robot vacuum do you have? Make sure to use a dry and clean mop.
Check the tires for any oil or grease. You might want to clean them with a damp cloth first, then follow up with a dry one. Additionally, observe the ground in the area where the path gets messy for any stains that could cause the vacuum's tires to slip.
If no environmental factors are causing the issue and the above suggestions don't help, it’s best to reach out to local support for further assistance, the device might require maintenance or replacement.

I think it might need to be replaced
