Hello. 

One of the adapters is plugged into the router abd the other into my computer via ethernet.

I've reset and unplugged the adapters multiple times, as well as resetting the router, and they should be paired, but I still get the "Secure, no internet" symbol. How do I fix this?

Hi @NachoSB98,

When you reset the powerline adapters, please keep the power on.

Please refer to the following FAQ to pair the powerline system again: How to secure (pair) the Powerline Network

If it doesn't work, please refer to What can I do if I can't have Internet connection after connected to powerline adapter？
