I plan to buy Tapo C420S2 (with H200 hub). Can i view motion detected recordings written on SD card in H200 hub (not cloud) in Tapo app through internet, without connection to same wif-fi network (when i will be on vacation)?

That's how it works. Tapo C420 itself does not have an sd card slot, camera videos are saved to the hub. When the camera and the hub are set up properly and connected to the internet, you can watch it through the Tapo app anywhere, locally or remotely.
