hello

 

I have recently had a tapo d230s1, everything works fine on the phone ... however, I also have the ds230s1 connected to the Samsung a9+ tablet and when receiving a call with a horizontal screen, the image is enlarged to the entire screen and cut off ...

 

I can't see any icons with the option to end the call and turn on the microphone ... does anyone know how to solve this problem?

 

Obraz and is there a way to enable the microphone to turn on automatically after receiving a video call?

Make sure your Tapo app is updated. What's the app's current version (Tapo app > Me > About)?

 

What's the Android version of your tablet?

samsung galaxy tab a9+ has android 14 software version updated to the latest Tapo application also updated to the latest 3.9.523

Same  here on a Glaxy Tab A7, no buttons available when in call.

switching to portrait mode shows the button below!

Also permanent ringing on other devices even when answered or rejected on one.

App closes after answered or rejected call - was fullscreen before the call!

... and various other somewhat strange features!

but the worst is, that I cant integrate into home assistant (detection, call, ...)

sooo bad!!!

The modifications for this issue are planned in future app versions. Currently, you may consider using the tablet in portrait mode to avoid this problem.
