I bought the DS235 doorbell camera last week and it's not recording 24/7 and there are missed detections. I've tried to toggle the set up but to no avail. Can anyone help? Thank ü!

To enable 24/7 continuous SD card recording for the Tapo D235, the doorbell should be hardwired-powered and have the Always-On mode enabled.
Is your doorbell run by battery? Or is the Always-on mode not enabled?
