Thanks for replying. I think it's easy to remove the SD card from tapo c200 but my tapo tc65 is an outdoor camera which was placed on the ceiling and I need a ladder to remove the SD card. I purposely put it there so it can't be easily taken by unknown individual.

Both cameras are awesome but it's lacking a simple feature to download all files instead of one by one and limited to 10 videos.

I still don't understand why there is no one-tap download feature, it's 2025. I browse on the forum, and I can see that it was requested before few years ago but still there is no update.

I don't want to setup PC/NAS/NVR through RTSP/Onvif Protocol because it cost extra just to download files from sd card or record the camera footage on another hardware. I rather buy new camera instead of buying new hardware such as HDD for that.

Yes please forward to developer team and allow this feature.

Also avail to download "1 hour" video clip as current 10 min size is too short to usable 

It's very much useful for users who uses "ONLY SD CARD" to store videos.

It's challenging & difficult currently to download full clip from sd card ,

SD card and offline users are neglected while developing app!!,

many features to manage offline is missing.

I just purchased camera with high hopes but I'm very disappointed because of difficulties to download full clip from sd card and previously asked questions too

I see that you are saying very often that , this camera is not Majorly for offline use and that's why many "offline friendly" features are missing.

But tapo should also focus more for offline users as well.

Many offline users of tapo doesn't know about tp forum , that's why you don't get more often feature request.

They may change to other camera brand in future if they don't like tapo features so it's loss of customers for tp link too!
