Hey folks, 

I have bought tapo C520WS but this camera is not detecting my wifi network, i have taken the following steps to rectify but the issue is same. 
 

1. Resting the camera by pressing the reset button. 
2. Used another phone to connect. 
3. Updated the app and tried one more time. 
4. As mentioned in the previous articles i have verified my network is 2.4Ghz and Channel is 11 & Width is 20Mhz. 
5. i have tried adding my network manually. 
6. Resetting my device 4-5 times. 
7. Version selection is as per the mentioned info (V2.8) 

8. Modal selection is also right. 
9. I'm already using tapo C310 & Tapo C520WS which are working fine right now. 
 

Kindly support to resolve the issue.
