Guten Tag,

 

ich habe meinen Tabo erst kürzlich gekauft und gleich das automatische Mapping gemacht. Nun hat der Roboter ein Zimmer übersehen und ich kann ihn nicht hinzufügen. Folgendes habe ich probiert:

 

Den Roboter per Fernsteuerung dort hingefahren. Dort hat er dann nicht mehr selber zur Station gefunden. 

 

Wie kann ich dieses Zimmer im Nachhinein zur Mapp hinzufügen?

Zusätzlich hätte ich noch eine allgemeine Frage. Wenn ich ein neues Möbelstück in ein Zimmer stelle, wie kann ich dies ebenfalls in die Mapp einfügen, so dass der Roboter versteht, dass dort ein neues Objekt steht?

Perform a whole-home cleaning, the robot vacuum will update the map while cleaning. *Make sure the map isn't locked, otherwise it won't be updated after the cleaning.

 

Normally, a robotic vacuum will automatically avoid obstacles. You can also add furniture elements to the map. Once added, if there is enough space underneath the furniture for the vacuum to fit, it will go underneath and clean without any concerns. How to optimize and edit Map of Tapo Robot Vacuum

Danke für die Hilfe, jetzt kann ich guten gewissens neue Möbel aufbauen. 😊

 

Ich habe allerdings schon ein whole-home cleaning gemacht und die Mapp hat sich trotzdem nicht aktualisiert. Das Zimmer ist immernoch nicht erkannt worden.

Wissen Sie vielleicht noch andere hilfreiche Tipps, die ich anwenden kann?

Did the robot vacuum clean that room? Chech if your map is locked, it won't be auto-updated if it is locked.
