Tapo C410 KIT video resolution issue

I just bought a Tapo C410 KIT cctv camera. However, I realized that the resolution of the video I downloaded onto my phone is not very clear (with lots of jagged edges). Certainly not 2K resolution as advertized by TP-Link. I have tried to change the resolution on the app but the results don't change much. Is there anyway I can increase the resolution?

@cachemano I have done both - downloading a detection video and recording live feed both produces mediocre quality videos.
Anyway, I will reach out the my local TP-Link Support.
