My doorbell wont work with my existing door bell chime. It worked perfectly fine with my ring door bell but wont work with my tapo d235. I currently have my doorbell wires connected to T3 and 1 on my doorbell chime. Is there anyway to make this work?

As we don't know how your transformer works, we cannot provide accurate wiring instructions. For testing, an easy way is to reconnect your old doorbell (the physical button) and test whether the chime still rings when pressing the old doorbell. We have seen some cases where the device was damaged due to the wrong wiring. 

 

If it still works, reconnect Tapo doorbell and go through the whole setup proceed again, make sure every option is set up correctly. What can I do if the existing doorbell chime does not work with the Tapo doorbell camera?

Disconnect Tapo D235, and link the transformer and the existing chime directly, test whether the chime rings. The chime is having a problem if it doesn't ring in this connection.

  @Wayne-TP hi so i shouldnt have no wires connected to the doorbell? How will that send a signal to my chime? Please take a look at the wiring on my doorbell chime. The white wire is neutral and blue is positive hot wire. please tell me how to wire it.
