Have Model P300 Power Strip which has suddenly stopped working.

The 'surge protection' light is on however after multiple attempts and resets the wifi light does not flash.

I have done the following:

1. Reset router

2. turned power off and on

The boy says that the wifi light should flash orange and white - nothing

it says to remove device - nothing

any help would be appreciated or is the plug cactus and I need to buy something else?

Make sure to reset the power strip correctly: press and hold the power button 10s. The system led will turn blinking white and orange when the device is resetting and when the device is ready for setup.

Once the power strip has been reset successfully -- entering setup mode, then you can reconfigure it in the Tapo app. How to set up Tapo smart plug
