Tapo C510W
I have just purchased and installed
a Tapo C510W outdoor camera. So far so good. Why can I not install this on my laptop and smartTV?

Tapo app only has the mobile version so far. The app is released through the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store, if your smart TV can access the app stores, you can try to search and install the Tapo app. Since the app has not been specifically adapted for the TV client, usability and compatibility cannot be assured. Please keep this in mind.
On the computer, you can consider using an Android emulator app to install the Tapo app on the PC. Stream Tapo Camera on PC through Andriod Emulator : LDPlay4 vs Bluestacks
