C425 not charging
Hello,
When it came from Amazon, C245 camera was on low battery.
Went to charge it and nothing happens. No Amber lights flashing.
Flashes red and green for installation.
After installation with success,
camera dectects movement but the Tapo app shows camera with zero battery and offline.
After ten hours of charging, the camera is in the same status.
Can you help me please ?

This seems like a hardware issue. You may try to get a replacement by contacting the retailer or local TP-Link support.

@Wayne-TP I've already made all these manipulations with no success.
The upgrade of firmware is impossible cause of insufficient battery level.
When plugging USB charger, there is no blinking light.
What can i do ?
