Tapo P100 can not find Wifi 2.4G, I also put SSID manually but doesn't work

Try to adjust the 2.4ghz wifi channel to 1, 6, or 11.
Are other wifi networks visible in the list? Is it just yours missing?
Adjust the wifi ssid if it contains any special characters, for example, using one that only includes English and numbers. Try to enable a hotspot wifi with another phone, check if that wifi can be scanned by the Tapo app.
