Hello everyone,
I've the problem for two days now that my Tapo P100 can no longer be controlled by Alexa. The sockets are controlled correctly in the Tapo app. Alexa keeps saying "Device is not responding" or "Server is not responding."
Has there been an update or has anything else changed?
Is there a solution?

Check whether the smart plug can be controlled remotely with Tapo app, e.g. when using cellular data or connecting to a non-home wifi. If the remote control fails, refer to the suggestions in this article for troubleshooting. Cannot use the Tapo app to control my smart devices
Check whether the smart plug is controllable in the Alexa app. If it is just the voice control doesn't work, please contact Alexa support for help.
