After initial installation that worked perfectly I'm not able to connect my tapo anymore, the app doesn't find it

It is constantly blinking green and orange.

I tired all the tips listed in the app in case tapo isn't found. I even reinstalled the app after deleting it. Strangely the room where the tapo is located appeared in the app, ther must be a cache somewhere?

What else can I do?
