It seems to be impossible to reconnect to my new wifi, I changed my router to a new IP V6 but now after both soft and hard reset the device don't find any wii att all and get stacked in the "Try again" configuration page, please advise!

Tapo RV20 Max only supports 2.4GHz WiFi in IEEE 802.11 b/g/n. You may check if your wifi has enabled some settings that the vacuum does not support. For more troubleshooting tip, check this article. What to Do If My Robot Vacuum Fails During Setup or Cannot Connect to Wi-Fi
