I have configured the Tapo H500, but it seems that there are still quite some bugs:

 

  • I'm not able to change Location. When I try to save, it says 'Error. Please try again later'. Because of this issue, the hub is not part of any location.
  • I'm only able to control my Tapo device locally (Local Only). Message that appears: 'The network is currently unstable'.  This message appears both when device is wired and/or via WiFi. 
  • I cannot add an existing device (Tapo C425 camera, which should be compatible). Message: ' Not on the same network'. They are both 100% on the same network. However, they're not in the same location (see issue #1). Camera and hub have latest firmware available. If I try to change the storage location from the camera and select Hub storage, it will not find the hub either.

 

Because of these issues, I'm not able to use this device in any way useful to me. I hope these issues are addressed soon.

  Thanks for your response, @Wayne-TP ! The MAC address is 3C-64-CF-54-DE-44 and the LED is blinking green.
