Hi,

Every time the camcera records video, the capacity of the SD card is exceeded, the loop recording does not work and the previous recordings are not available. From that point there is no any new records and can't download the old recordings. The only way to make it work again to format the SD and lost everything. Is there a solution to solve this? I have TAPO 500 and TAPO C520WS both have the same problem.

Please verify the quality of the mircoSD card you use. A low-quality SD card can cause a range of operational problems. You can refer to this article for guidance on how to test it. How to Verify Fake Micro SD Cards Share the test result here, we can help to check it.

 

What are the hardware and firmware versions of your cameras? What SD card do you use? Do both camera use the same sd card?
