Tapo c520ws randomly goes offline and comes online again after 1-2 days
Hi,
I have 2 of tapo c520ws camera in a location where I go only in weekends, one of them goes offline randomly, other works perfectly, same setings, same network. Before going offline there is a strage image for recording timeline, first I think it's a power issue, but no, from second camera i can see infrared light, so it is still powered on and working, but offline and no recordings. After 1-2 days it comes online, start recording and sendind notification like nothing happened. When goes back online it's doing that test, turn from left to right, up-down, like it was rebooted. It is set to automatically reboot every day 08 AM but this doesn't help. Any idea what to check, what to try, I will go this Friday and try to reset it first?

What's the hardware and firmware version of this camera? Make sure the firmware is updated, and the Tapo app as well.
How to update the firmware of the Tapo&Kasa devices on the Tapo App
Besides the infrared lights, do you see the system LED lit up when the problem occurs? What's its status?
Try to check the camera with another mobile device, see if there is the same problem.

Does the recording during the disconnection accessible when the camera is back online? This phenomenon doesn't seem usual. Please enable the diagnostics mode on the camera and export the log if the problem reoccurs. How to get the log of Tapo Camera
There is a newer firmware 1.3.2 for the C520WS V1, please keep your camera updated first.

Hi,
Firmware is updated to 1.3.3 and camera is connected over ethernet cable now -> only one time offline for less than 24h during last week.
Autoupdate is on.
There are intermitent recordings, only where timeline is blue I see video.
I will install a power meeter, I am thinking to investigate if there is any power issue, iven if i have 3 more cameras and 2 routers on same circuit.
Thank you for "how to get the log".

Do you use the original power adapter? If there are extension cords or the camera is powered through POE, such offline issues may occur due to unstable power supply.
