Can you share some pictures where your solar panel was installed? Is it exposed to potential impacts from falling objects? We're thinking of risks like tree branches, wind-blown debris, or gravel.
How long have you been using it?
For such charging issues caused by hardware problems, please contact the retailer or the local TP-Link support to proceed with warranty directly.
