How to connect my C520ws(v1) camera with Tapo 200
Hi,
I have 2 C520ws cameras with v1 version and I want their recordings to be saved on tapo hub 200 but I'm unable to find a way to do that. The website says camera is compatible eith the hub but I can't connect the camera with the hub

Today morning my C520WS v1 devices finally got the latest FW and those are also able to save recordings to the H200 hub's SD card.
So, all my C520, both v1 & v2 cameras can fully operate together with the hub.

This feature is not supported on the C520WS V1 yet. The dates indicated in the compatibility list are for reference only. For accurate information, follow the new firmware release of the product, major updates and modifications will be listed in the release notes.

Tapo H200 hub's camera compatibility list contains this information:
Tapo C520WS 2 July. 2025
Tapo C520WS 1 Compatible
Furthermore, the support pages for both versions show new firmware that support saving footage to H200.
My v2 device already got the new FW and it's fully working together with my H200 hub and it's possible to save recordings to SD card placed into the hub.
However, even if new firmware also available for the v1 devices, as support page state this, Tapo app doesn't show available FW to apply on my v1 devices.
It seems to me, compatible status is valid for v2 and compatibility list should be updated accordingly.
Or latest FW listed on support page should be available to download for v1 devices.
What is the reason behind that my v1 devices don't upgrade?
