Windows Utility TL-PA8010P KIT

Good afternoon,
The kit works correctly, but for some time now the windows control utility only shows the little blue screen and "no devices connected"
Software Version 2.3.5114.15 (last upgrade 2024). I can't see the firmware precisely because the control utility doesn't work. However, I'm sure I have the latest version (2017) Any help or idea? Reinstallation? Thanks in advance.

Hi@Marred,
Thank you for your reply.
Here are some suggestions may help you:
1. Ensure the client device installed tpPLC Utility and the powerline devices are working in the same network so that they could communicate with each other.
2. Connect your client device to the powerline unit directly via Ethernet cable.
3. Download and try the latest tpPLC Utility. How to prepare for using the tpPLC Utility (new logo)
4. Turn off Firewall settings or Anti-virus software on your client device.
5. Turn off VPN software.
6. Try a different client device.
Thanks

Hi,
Is the computer that runs the tpPLC Utility directly connected via Ethernet cable to one of the two TL-PA8010P devices?

Hi @Marred,
Thank you for contacting our community.
If your devices are working fine, there is no need to update firmware. And the TL-PA8010P(EU)_V2_170511 is the latest version.
To check settings of TL-PA8010P, please refer to How to prepare for using the tpPLC Utility (new logo)
Best Regards~

Hi@Marred,
Thank you for your reply.
If the network is fine, and you have no need to change settings. You can keep the connection now.
But if you want to change settings, you can reset the adapters and configure the powerline network via tpPLC utility.
