Why have detection zones when my td21 detects people way outside the zone. Detection set to 1 on both people and motion
Check if you have different detection zones for person detection and motion detection. Note that people movements within the motion detection's activity zone also trigger the detection, but show as an motion detected event.
Can you verify which detection type got triggered on your camera? Was the video marked as 'person detected' or 'motion detected'?
