Hello, not sure which doorbell or hub you are using, however try this. In doorbell settings, select the "doorbell" option and it should have some options. Set "Doorbell Ring" to On. In the "Paired Chimes" option: - Ensure the effective time is set to "All Day" or another suitible setting - select the "Chimes & Hubs" option: - ensure "Ring connected hub" is On - set the ringtone and duration as preferred Hope this helps.
