Solar panel is not charing the camera
Hello, my camera is not charging from solar panel 2 months already. I did so many stepsand nothing helps. I discharged it, unplugged, factory reseted, nothing helped. Can I know what else to do, or you can send me another solar or camers so it will work properly...actually i had so many issues since i bought it 6 months ago...

- Has there been any extreme weather like heavy rain?
- Was the Tapo Solar Panel able to charge the camera before the problem occurred? If so, how long was the Tapo Solar Panel functioning normally?

1. solar is not charging camera last 3months it stopped suddenly.
2. I will send you privately the MAC
3. No heavy rain, just normal rain.
4. Yes it was charging at the begining, first three months was ok, then last 3 months is not working.

Hi, yes solar charging data is enabled. I can charge it from the power adapter, what is strange is that when i charged it from the power adapter last two times itshowed me that it was charged from Solar based on the graph. but then when i installed it back outside its not showing anymore and its not charging from solar
