Tapo T310 not refreshing temperature or Humidity Reading when viewed remotely (not from native wifi)

Hi,
I have a Tapo T310 Sensor connected to H100 Hub (1.5.23 Build 241106 Rel. 093525). I use the sensor to automate my AC unit which is connectd to Tapo P110 Smart Plug (1.1.3 Build 240523 Rel 175054)
I had a great run with the sensor which was turning on and off the Smart Plug depending on the Temperature/ Humidity of the room. Howere suddently it stopped doing the same.
I did multple resets, power cycles and finally figured out that it is not refreshing temprature/humidity readings if not viewed while connected to the same wifi, the hub is conencted to. As the smart plug works independently of the hub, automations are not triggering on or off as the reading are stuck if viewed from anytoher newtwork.
I bought a new sensor, samething.
I have 2 door sensors and one motion sensor connected via same hub and they do act and automated my Tapo camera based on the automation triggers. If they are working fine it means there is no issue with the router blocking anything. Please help.

Hi Wayne,
I’ve already raised a support ticket (ID: TKID250763651) and provided a detailed explanation of the issue. I received a reply pointing me to the following FAQ articles:
I want to be clear that I’ve already tried everything in both FAQs, and I mentioned this in my original ticket response. The issue persists — the sensor is not updating temperature remotely, and based on testing, this seems to be a problem at the hub level, not with the sensor itself.
I’m requesting that this case be escalated beyond basic troubleshooting, as it clearly requires deeper technical analysis.
Please advise how this can be escalated properly.
Thanks.

I have had the same problems and responses from customer support ( see TAID2507000101 started July 11, still not resolved).
I have now 2x H100 and 7 sensors (2x T315 and 5x T310). No historical data in app and delayed for current reading.
I am running a full Unifi system with separate vlan for IoT devices, manual DNS and no filtering on IoT vlan. My Kasa devices all work, and my other IoT all work.
I am also now past my 30 day return window for the devices so what options do I have?
I also direct messaged you almost a month ago and no response.

@Wayne-TP
Already raised, with no replies yet. It's best to not use Tapo devices as of now. As there is zero support and its completely broken.

@JKosten
Throw it away, and opt for Tuya based devices if you want to stick to cheaper alternatives. There will be no support.

@CTX21 Facing similar problems since last few months . Using sensors for remote monitoring of broiler farm chicken . It was working very fluently and updating temperature in realtime . but since last few updates not updateing data from half hour sometimes take upto 6 hours ..making the sensors useless for its purpose . So it needs urgent attention from developers .
