Hi, I noticed my robot vacuum has a firmware update available — there’s always that little dot notification in the app. But every time I try to update it, it says the internet signal is weak or unstable. The thing is, when I check the Wi-Fi, it’s showing full bars.

Another issue: the download button can't be tapped. It just says “Downloading... 0%” and stays stuck like that. This has been happening ever since I got the vacuum. Haven’t tried resetting it yet — any suggestions?
