Hi,

I have two cameras C211 both hardware v2, one is on version 1.4.6 and connected to the Hub H200 first time and is working just fine, I then got another C211 which will NOT update to anything higher than firmware 1.4.5 and will NOT connect to the H200, says 'unsupported firmware' - any ideas on how to force an update, I assume it's a rolling programe

The hub storage feature is added in firmware 1.4.6 for the Tapo C211 V2. This firmware was recently released and is currently being rolled out in phases. The rollout will gradually expand to cover more devices, you may wait patiently for the new firmware notices.
