Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.5.1

I want to see the recordings that are made on a 128 GB card in the H 200 hub. When it starts to play, it looks perfect, but every minute or two minutes at the most, it says that there is no recording. Instead, I move the bar to the next minute and I can play another two minutes until it says again that there is no recording. If I want to see a recording that is more than five hours old, it is impossible.

Check the signal strength of the H200 hub and the camera, if the signal is too weak, it might affect the recording. How to check and improve the network connection stability of Tapo smart devices

 

You can try to format the SD card.

 

What's the hardware and firmware version of your Tapo C200? Is it the only camera that stores videos to the hub? If there are other cameras, are they having the same problem?

 

What's the version of your Tapo app? Try to watch the videos on another phone or tablet, check if the problem still exists.
