Model: Tapo P110
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version:

I have programmed 2 new P110 plugs connected via internet to switch on and off at 2331 and 0529 everyday to control 2 dehumidifiers.

In the app do I need to leave the plugs "on"?

Or can they be off, but still control the switching at the right time?

Although "on" right now, with the pilot light illuminated, it shows the next event is 2331 tonight.

The app interface isn't logical.

Don't worry, the schedule rule runs as long as the smart plug remains powered on, regardless of the smart plug's current ON/OFF state.
