Check the carpet settings (Carpet Preferences) on your robot vacuum.
- When No Cleaning is selected, the robot vacuum will avoid carpets. If unavoidable, it will cross carpets quickly.
- When Vacuum Only is selected, the robot will vacuum carpets but not mop. With the mopping attachment, it will avoid carpets or cross them quickly if unavoidable.
- When Vacuum & Mop is selected, the robot vacuum will vacuum and mop carpets.
