Hardware Version: V1

Firmware Version: 1.3.16

Hi There

I just bought H500 hub to connect to my existing cameras. It says "Firmware not supporting. Please update it to the latest version." Currently all my C100 cameras have been updated to the latest firmware which is 1.3.16. I've checked to update it, still unable to connect to the cameras.

Please advise.
