I have 2 T100 motion sensors

1 brand new (today 18.06.25) and one purchased Nov 24.

Nov stopped

working assumed was battery so replaced and reset LED was blinking during reset then stopped no led function

sp bought a new one took the insulation tab out LED blinking set up against my hub then led stopped - done reset LED blinked then stopped

any idea why 2 don't work

Check if you can see the sensor on hub's connected device list.
Rule out the possibility of loose or poor battery connections: take off the back cover and press the battery with your hand to check if the LED light comes on.

When you reinstall the battery, does the same thing happen -- flash briefly then turn off?
