Mopping not working

I'm experiencing a problem with my Tapo milling feature. I remember when I first bought the device it didn't mop. I then later had a notification appear on the app that granted me access to mop all areas.
I've moved house and it's no longer mopping again, I've checked the water levels, the general troubleshooting they post online. But from my first experience there is a setting that allows mopping.
how do I get it to mop ??

Did you create carpet areas on the map (Map > Carpet)? Check the settings in the carpet preferences, for example, if No Cleaning or Vacuum Only is selected, then the robot vacuum will skip the carpet area when performing a mopping task.
If it is a problem that the robot vacuum doesn't dispense water during mopping, refer to this article for suggetions. What to do if Tapo robot vacuum doesn't dispense water when mopping?

@Wayne-TP I have tried all these, cleaned the metallic dispenser part, checked the rubber for blockage and checked the maps. I've set it to mop all areas still does not release water.

How about deleting the carpet areas from the map? If there are still no changes, then this device might require maintenance. Click here to contact local TP-Link support.
