Doorbell D130 connection problems lag

I bought a Tapo D130 doorbell in November 2024. It had worked well in 2K 5MP, the live video was smooth, and the videos on the SD card were smooth.
The doorbell is connected to a router used specifically for the doorbell.
About a month ago, the live video started to become choppy, with pauses, and the videos on the SD card also appear choppy and with pauses.
I thought it was a router issue, so I reset the Wi-Fi settings and connected the doorbell directly to my wireless modem. I have a Tapo C110 camera on this modem, and it works perfectly.
The problem persisted when connecting the Tapo D130 doorbell directly to the wireless modem.
What I did next was perform a full reset of the doorbell to return it to factory settings. I connected it to the router, and the problem persists.
The doorbell's network connection to the router is -61 RSSI.
The doorbell worked perfectly from the moment I purchased it until a month ago.
I've already ruled out network, modem, and router issues.
I had to set the doorbell to 960P, and the live video now looks smooth but with a bit of lag. The SD card videos are still choppy and have pauses.
My C110 camera works perfectly; the SD card videos are smooth, as is the live video.
I'm thinking it's a hardware issue with the doorbell, specifically the Wi-Fi, which is no longer working properly.
How can I request the 1-year warranty?
