Tapo D235 Detecting car than humans

So i moved to the wired D235 so its always on and the AI has become really useless as it rarely detects humans yet my indoor TC70 detects more than this door camera without AI.
Is there anyway to fix this as i've read many are having this problem with the outdoor camera detecting animals as humans or cars as humans.
I've got problem neighbors and tapo really ain't helping with how bad they are for outdoors.

Have you enabled the Always-On mode for the doorbell? Please share your detection settings here (e.g., enabled detection types, detection zone, and detection sensitivity).
When motion detection is enabled, can it capture a person's movement?

Same as my old doorbell.
Yes its always on as if was not how does it pickup the cars as a person?
Motion on 6 and still says cars are a person, person can be on 5,6,7,8,10 and still rarely detects a person yet says the car is one.
As i said my indoor camera detects a person and its pointing though my window.
Clearly a problem with doorbells, battery or wired.

Sadly i can't add videos but this is what it picks up (very bad quality as well) I get its all with heat but this road is over 20m away.

Try to move side to side across the camera’s view instead of walking directly from the entrance to the doorbell, see how the detection works in this case.
*Ensure the person detection zone covers the testing area.

What is the point in that, as i said it detects a person but only when close up, now and then it picks someone up but says its motion and not a person. My indoor camera looking through my window picks up nearly all persons and a better view as well. The fish eye lens does not help as well as its clear the wide angle is too wide and makes it view as zoomed out, is there a standard lens one can replace this with?

So support was useless as always and not no tech guy has contacted me on the matter as i was meant to get. Still messing with settings and yet again, 10 seconds of the binmen when they was outside my house for over 3 minutes. I'm starting to think tapo ain't any good for real security.

I would strongly recommend sending another email to the support team as a reminder. The processing time for each case varies depending on the level of complexity, and things might become challenging when the phenomenon cannot be replicated or there are no traces leading to the problem.

Evidence was give to the problem, a quick google bring the same problem for others so its very clear its a problem that the dev's can repucate
