I followed the steps described in how to share app logs manual and opened the FAQ, not other manual.
I recreated the issue and took few screenshot...
If phone and app language is HU:
- contact technical support link isn't available.
When I set phone language to ENG, contact support link is available. I opened the same FAQ page.

Can you share the model and system version of your phone? Can you test it on another mobile device?

Device models:
Samsung Galaxy A33 5G SM-A336B with Android 15
Samsung Galaxy tab S2 SM-T713 with Android 7
Both devices behave the same, contact support link is available only when the system language is set to ENG.

@Wayne-TP Hi, I have just bought the HUB500 with C220 cameras. The cameras firmware was just updated to the latest available version 1.2.5, however, as mentioned in this thread, the firmware is not accepted by HUB500. When the new firmware update will be available? Thank you

This version does not support connection with hub. You may wait patiently for the new firmware release.
