I have been using multiple Tapo devices such as door bell and cameras. I bought new 16a smart plugs and tried connecting them as per the instructions. However both of them are showing local only connection. Tried everything such as changing DNS server to google's, soft reset, hard reset, router restart etc but nothing seems working out. Pls help how to establish a complete interrupted connection to my smart plug??
