Model: Tapo C410 KIT
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.1.6

HI, I have recenlty installed 2 cameras TC82 C410 solar kit.
are pointing to the garden, and also to the street , for this I have enabled only the person detectionand only for an area , (I understan that the detecion are is the are insdire the color square that I draw, yes?).
I have the wake up sensor sensibility adjusted to 10.

The problem is that yesterday during trials I was able to cross  the garden an pass over the camera and it was not detecting me. i need to stand for 5 10 seconds in fornt of the camera in order it detects me and starts to play sound and light.

My question:

The analisys of the image is done in the hardware of the camera? or it sends the image ot internte to be analyzsed and waits for the analysis?  my internet speed is really really poor, and I dont know why is so slow emittin the alarm,  i am sure that If a walk fast (or running), it will not emiit any notification.

What adjustemt can I try?

Thanks in advance to al the comunity. smiley

Check this article to make sure your camera is currently installed in a good position/angle. How to Install and Configure Battery-Powered Cameras for Optimal Detection Performance

For instance, slow wake-up responses often happen when the camera faces approaching pedestrians directly. The head-on movement (radial approach) is harder for the PIR sensor to detect, causing delayed activation.
