Hi,

Hope someone can help.

My Doorbell has stopped producing any sound when pressed. I cannot talk to the person at the door via the app neither. The doorbell is paired to the Hub ok and I can hear the Hub chime when the doorbell is pressed but I cannot initiate any two communication with the caller. I can however hear the caller speak but the caller does not hear me.

Is this a faulty doorbell?

Make sure the mic is turned on when using the Talk or Voice Call feature, and don't forget to turn up doorbell's speaker volume. Keep your Tapo app up to date, you may try to delete and reinstall it.

 

Test whether the doorbell make sounds when using the Quick Response feature.
