I just got the Tapo P316m. when i try to turn on charge guard to power off my device when low wattage is detected. it automatically disables it even after i tried to enable it. see attached video.

- Make sure your Tapo app is updated.
- Disable VPN if any.
- Test it with another phone or tablet.
If no changes, then this case requires further analysis. You may refer to this instruction to submit an app log to the support team. They will assist. How to get the log of Tapo app
